The UPFIT Program invites all wellness enthusiasts to participate in the UPFIT Yoga Sunset themed class, on May 20th, at 19 pm, at Asprela Central Park. The activity will be led by Professor Núria Ferreira and promises an experience of connecting with the body and nature in the open air.

The session, scheduled to start at 19pm at Parque Central da Asprela (Parque da Quinta de Lamas), is free for members of the UPFIT Programme. For non-UPFIT members, it costs €3,50 for the U.Porto Community and €4,90 for external members.
