Yoga is a way of being, which uses practice as a tool to perfect our unique identity, developing qualities at various levels: physical, cognitive and intellectual, energetic and emotional.
Through techniques and exercises that aim to work physically at the level of breathing, relaxation and concentration. A dynamic, challenging and fun class for a better knowledge and awareness of the body, aiming at your balance and well-being. By maintaining constant and diligent practice, you will quickly feel its effects. Bring comfortable clothes, good mood and come practice!
