Diverse training that combines several high intensity methodologies such as HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, etc. This approach provides a unique and challenging experience.
The class integrates cardio, strength and functional exercises, ensuring a complete workout that tones the body and improves overall physical capacity. It is suitable for all levels, as the exercises are adapted according to the needs of each participant.

Angela Carvalho
Degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Porto. Master in Environmental Management at the University of Minho.
Group Classes Instructor since 2015. Bodybuilding Instructor since 2014.
Athletics coach since 2016.
Judo teacher since January 2021.

Mariana Pinto
Pilates instructor and group classes by CEFAP. Classical Ballet Dancer by the ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE and Belly Dancer by Associação de Dança do Ventre de Portugal.
