Pilates
Pilates is a method of muscle control, currently being a recognized technique for the treatment and prevention of spinal problems.
The class consists of exercises performed on the ground, with or without the Swiss ball, elastic, among others. Pilates aims to improve breathing, posture, strength resistance, flexibility, joint mobility, motor coordination, muscle balance, as well as promoting well-being and improving quality of life through the development of body awareness. Classes are enjoyable, easy to take and suitable for anyone.
