Swimming
The Swimming sessions take place in the Swimming Pool of the Faculty of Sports. You can choose to swim freely in the Pure Swimming sessions or choose a swimming learning level (Level 1,2, 3 or XNUMX).
Swimming
Adult Swimming Level 1 (N1) is an activity aimed at adults, and aims at teaching swimming. It is also recommended for adultswith breathing problems.
Adult Swimming Level 2 (N2) is an activity aimed at adults who want to improve their swimming technique or develop their general physical condition through swimming. It is also advisable for anyone who wants to strengthen general muscles, practice physical exercise without impact, develop cardiorespiratory capacity and minimize respiratory problems, as well as for those who want to prepare for lifeguard courses, prerequisites (higher education) or who want to complement their running, cycling, weight training or group games.
Adult Swimming Level 3 (N3) is a demanding and challenging activity that tests your limits on a daily basis. It requires overcoming capacity and resilience, providing a complete workout with different levels of intensity, and in different swimming techniques.
It is aimed at adults who have already been or are swimmers, but also at those who intend to be, training formally and consistently, with a view to competitive participation. It is recommended for anyone looking to complement their running, cycling, bodybuilding or group games training. If you've already swam and would like to get back to training assiduously, regularly and competitively, then this is the right modality for you.
