This class combines the practice of Mindfulness with yoga, providing a complete experience of physical and mental well-being. Through gentle postures, conscious breathing and guided meditation, we will help you find balance, reduce stress and increase full attention to the present. An ideal session for those who want to relax and reconnect with their body and mind.
