This class aims to work all muscle groups by performing several series of exercises with a high number of repetitions.

This is a free weights training class (dumbbells, ankle weights, bars) focused on increasing muscular strength and endurance. Focusing on the legs, glutes, arms and abs, it uses a high number of repetitions to maximize resistance and muscle strengthening. The synchronization with the music makes each repetition more fluid, ensuring a motivating workout.
Adaptable to all training levels.
