Hydrogymnastics – Deep water is a means of exercise beneficial to all body mobility, in which the body is used as a working tool in the water.
This class allows the reduction of impacts and trauma at the level of the joints, resulting in the gain of strength and flexibility, due to the constant resistance work carried out in the water, also developing all the respiratory capacity.
In its more recreational component, hydrogymnastics leads to muscle toning and develops resistance capacity that helps the well-being of all practitioners.
This class initially emerged with the aim of helping athletes with muscle injuries and as a means of recovery. Currently, it already covers all ages, from young people, adults and seniors.
