This is a quick and effective class focused on strengthening the abdominal area, lower back and stabilizing muscles. In just 30 minutes, we work on posture, balance and core strength with varied and challenging exercises. Ideal for those who want to strengthen the core of the body in an intense way, without taking up too much time.
Fits all fitness levels.

Degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Porto. Master in Environmental Management at the University of Minho.
Group Classes Instructor since 2015. Bodybuilding Instructor since 2014.
Athletics coach since 2016.
Judo teacher since January 2021.

Daniela Ribeiro
Physical exercise technician since 2023, with training in group classes including Pump, Step, Yoga and Pilates.
Attending the Bachelor's Degree at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Porto.
