The U.Porto Sports Center has prepared a last class of the year 2024 that combines physical activity, rhythm and fun.

This year, the best New Year's Eve is at UPFit, on the day December 30th, with one Mega-Class of two hours that brings together Body Power, Workout, Zumba & Afro-Urban and Stretching.

As inscriptions at the event, which tend to sell out quickly, can be made through a registration form, or at the CDUP-UP service desks.

The invitation to dress in your best sparkle and say goodbye to 2024 is addressed to the entire community, and is free for UPFit members and €3,5 for non-members.

The UPFIT New Year's Eve Mega Class is a joint initiative between CDUP-UP and the BAMBUP Mental Health Promotion Program at U.Porto.
