CDUP-ICBAS/FFUP
CDUP-UP will use the facilities of the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Porto and the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Porto to hold UPFit fitness classes. UPFIT schedules are available on the UPFIT MENU.

CDUP-UP is now located at the ICBAS/FFUP Complex, in the heart of Porto.
This new space features two rooms equipped for group classes and a room for strength training, promoting physical exercise in the context of one of the most prestigious health faculties at the University of Porto.

Friday:
- 10h30 of the 14h30
- 15h30 of the 19h30
Saturday and Sunday closed
