CDUP-UP uses the spaces of the Sports Faculty of the U.Porto to hold classes in the UPFit fitness academy.

CDUP-FADEUP
The University of Porto Sports Centre is also located in the main hall of the Sports Faculty of the U.Porto, next to the São João Hospital, in Pole II - Asprela. It is in this location that takes place much of the activities UPFit, being here that all activities take place Aquatic.

Monday to Friday from 2 a.m. to midnight
Saturday from 10.00 am to 13.00 pm
