A nutritionist is the best qualified person to answer these questions. If you have never been to a nutrition consultation, here is a brief summary of our consultations.

- Assessment of body composition using Inbody 270S.
In addition to this information, the collection of user routine:
- Work activity/schedules;
- Food history;
- Hydration;

- Physical exercise.
After all this data has been collected, the dietary advice and the prescription of an Individualized Dietary Plan:
- Adjusted to the user’s needs;
- Taking into account your routines, tastes, preferences, intolerances.
- Provision of Food Guides as support material for consultation.
Follow-up Consultation
- Carrying out a new Anthropometric Assessment and analyzing it;
- Assessment of the degree of adherence to the plan;

Meal plans are not static!
Regular attendance at nutrition consultations is a key and preponderant factor in achieving the desired results, whether they be the loss of fat mass, the gain of muscle mass, the enhancement of sports performance or, simply, the improvement and/or maintenance of health.
