Active Week U.Porto 2025
The University of Porto celebrates International Physical Activity Day, April 6, with a week dedicated to physical and mental health. Another edition of U.Porto's Active Week is back.
The invitation is addressed to the entire community and aims to mark the International Day of Physical Activity with dozens of activities for all tastes and ages.
U.Porto's Active Week is a joint initiative between CDUP-UP, the BAMBUP Mental Health Promotion Program and the U.Porto Integrated Health and Well-Being Plan and is supported by Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
